Sr. Procurement & Logistic

A Fortune 500 Multinational Oil Company which operates several blocks in Indonesia is seeking professional people with high integrity, dynamic and having work cohesiveness in our team to fulfill the following positions:

Sr. Procurement & Logistic

Having 9 to 13 years experiences in process procurement & logistic in Oil & Gas industry.
Direct the subordinates to obtain permission ( i.e. traffic permission) from the related authority promptly and ensure all procurement related documents are produced accurately and timely, and strictly adhered to the company's policies and procedures in order to support the procuring and bidding process effectively.
Direct, coordinate and monitor the execution of materials & services procurement, aligned with the relevant regulations and company's policies, so as to ensure all products and services procured meet the specifications and standards required.
Coordinate with the end users to get information regarding the quantity, quality and specifications, in order to meet their needs and requirements accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with the Bid Committee team in executing the bidding process effectively by ensuring bidding administration ( i.e. tender invitation and announcement) is done promptly and in compliance with the company's policies and tender SOP.
Work closely with the Materials & Services Department in obtaining information regarding vendors' performance and credibility in order to acquire the best quality supply at the best price, and in accordance to Petronas and the industry standards.
Ensure all information related to the procurement process is entered to the system accurately and timely to support other functions/ departments in making decisions and actions effectively.
Negotiate price, conditions and terms with the vendors or tender participants on behalf of the company to obtain the best outcome for company and to be complied with the specifications and standards.
Build and maintain good relations with BP Migas, Bea Cukai, Ditjen Migas and vendors, in order to support the procurement process effectively.
Prepare annual operational budget for the General Manager approval, and ensure an effective and efficient use of the allocated budget.
Develop, appraise, guide and motivate subordinates in order to improve knowledge in procurement, buying & negotiation skills, and motivation.
Strong and committed team player good interpersonal skills communications ( inc. report writing and presentation ).
Fluency in spoken and written English and familiar with office communication oil & gas field.


Legal Counsel

Degree in related field with minimum 5 years applicable experience in oil and gas field with superior performance manner
Provide legal counsel and legal services to the Management of the Company, develop and enhance the quality of legal counsel and legal services , provide legal and contract administration to the Company
Develop and implement a proactive role in activities which may have significant legal implications to the Company, its operated assets and to ensure compliance with applicable law
Provide and coordinate the provisions of legal and contract administration services in the negotiation and preparation of contracts, agreements and in litigations or other disputes, including the use of outside legal services and representing the Company in negotiations with lawyers of other companies and in the regulatory authorities with respect to contract agreements and other legal matter
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Good analytical thinking
Must understand and be able to implement SHE Handbook requirement, safety standards and procedures.
Creative and practical with strong analytical thinking, communicative and cooperative
Speak English fluently verbal and written (TOEFL min 500).
