RasGas is engaged in the business of production and sale of Liquefied Natural Gas and related hydrocarbon products. At present, the company operates a five-train onshore facility at Ras Laffan, which is about 80 km north of the capital city; Doha, in the State of Qatar.
The Company, as part of its expansion programme, is currently building further production facilities both onshore and offshore and seeks highly skilled personnel for the following positions;

Senior Co-ordinator Technical

The incumbent will be expected to provide high level project analysis and budgetary support to RasGas Joint Interest organization with respect to infrastructure critical to RasGas business (Operated by Others - OBO) that is either operated by others on RasGas behalf, or operated by RasGas for others including but not limited to common facilities such as Lean LNG, Condensate, LPG phase 1 and 2, Sulphur, SPM, Napthenic Caustic, Off-Plot Power, Liquid Product Berths and ultimately the Single Port Operator. They will co-ordinate with operators, service providers; in addition they will also facilitate stewardship and business development. Interfaces with OBO organizations to develop integrated maintenance and turnaround schedules to ensure there is no conflict with RasGas core business needs. Applicants should have a B.Sc./B.Eng Degree together with an excellent understanding of project technical requirements. It is highly unlikely that anyone with less than a minimum of at least 8 years broad experience in oil/gas and/or surface engineering with minimum 5 years project or field experience will have the correct experience for this role. In addition applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English some previous experience with government agencies, working with Joint Interest partners and/or any planning or cargo scheduling experience are all a distinct advantage.

Senior Co-ordinator Business

They will also be responsible for co-ordination with operators, service providers. They will facilitate stewardship and business development, whilst interfacing with OBO organizations to develop financial reporting procedures to ensure there is no conflict with RasGas core business needs. Applicants should have a B.Sc/B.Eng. Degree in Accountancy or similar together with an excellent understanding of project technical requirements. It is highly unlikely that anyone with less than a minimum of at least 8 years broad experience in oil/gas and/or surface engineering with minimum 5 years project or field experience will have the correct experience for this role. In addition applicant should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English some previous experience with government agencies, working with Joint Interest partners and / or any planning or cargo scheduling experience are all a distinct advantage.

Degree/Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, together with at least 5 - 7 years broad experience in oil/gas related business agreements with minimum 3 years project or field experience. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
