* Hold S1 Psychologist (certificate SIP) or S2 Psychology
* Experience in psycho test, interviewing, conduct job analysis, knowing competition and benefit, organization and people development and training
* Fluent in English both writing and speaking
* Experience 5 years in manufacturing
* Computer literacy
* Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill & people management
