HR Officer

Weatherford, a multi-national company who are involved in the drilling and production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill the position of:

HR OfficerResponsible for coordinating and implementing Training Program

Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse organization results, competency gap, job requirements, operational problems, plans, forecast and current training program to identify training and development needs.
· Train, guide and motivate direct and indirect reports to achieve optimal performance, thereby contributing to the efficiency of the department and company.
· Develop and implement the Training Matrix and Annual Training Plan to ensure all employees receive sufficient training required to perform their job functions in accordance with their PDP
· Develop a follow up system to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs. Including the updating and analysing of the Monthly Training Report.
· Host and organize all Region Wide training held in their location effectively and efficiently.

Essential requirements:
· 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Officer with strong knowledge & skill in Training & Development Diploma (D3)/ Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable academy/ university from economy or social science
· Fluent in written & spoken English
· Computer literate
· Fast learner, well organized & communicative.
