CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Abu Dhabi Project
Assist the Construction Manager in the day to day running of the
Project during construction phase. Ensure that all procedures,
drawings, risk assessment, permits, NOCs, studies and safety reviews
are in place for all phases of construction. Ensure Dolphin interests
are protected through implementation of contract documents,
regulations and sound execution practices.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering Discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of construction experience of which at least 8 years
in supervisory level with experience in Consumer Receipt Stations & SV
stations, hot tapping works, hydro testing, cross country Pipelines.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent organization skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken English Knowledge of
understanding of technical / engineering terminology PC literate
Strong team player. Conflict resolution Excellent communication,skills
work prioritizing and planning skills.
Pipe line engineer.

Undertakes all activities covering design and construction of
pipelines, ensuring economical design, quality, and alignment with HSE
standards and integrity of the system. Coordinates with relevant
authorities, employees and contractors to facilitate activities.

Member of UAE for the Projects Division working on UAE Projects both
in FEED and EPC design and construction locations

Education:
Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering field or equivalent.
Professional / Technical qualifications / Diplomas:
Additional qualifications / certificates in Project Management /
Engineering from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.

Experience:

5-6 years experience in a similar role in Onshore pipeline design and
construction within the Gulf Region.

SENIOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER - MECHANICAL

Develops and implements an effective reliability management& condition
monitoring system to monitor performance of mechanical machineries to
improve reliability, availability and integrity of plant facilities.

Carry out systematic Condition Monitoring, Reliability & Performance
Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis. Provides troubleshooting and
engineering support and facilitates equipment failure investigations
to improve maintenance programs and enhance plant reliability and
performance.

Coordinates/ develop and implement reliability and performance
management programs including scorecards to identify "bad actors".
Prepare reliability and performance monitoring check lists using the
most appropriate techniques available.

Reviews and discusses reliability engineering work progress,
performance and related issues with technicians. Monitor and ensures
systematic and consistent implementation of work methods and
procedures used in reliability management and engineering and
recommends improvements.

Receives, investigates and resolves complaints related to performance
or reliability of mechanical equipment and machineries. Evaluates
various reliability engineering technologies, identifies opportunities
for improved performance and recommends changes/upgrades to maximize
reliability.

Identifies and recommends requirements for specialized contractor work
for reliability related functions/ Services.

Carry out feasibility studies and provide input for engineering and
project management services for minor projects including the planning,
execution and supervision of the works.

Monitor the quality and performance of the reliability and performance
management system against the KPI's and ensures continuous improvement
of reliability management services.
