Vacancy for QA/QC Manager

We are Foreign Multidiscipline Construction and Engineering Company inviting suitable person to fill the senior positions for the Quality Assurance Manager to proactively manage and coordinate all facets of the projects quality control process.
You will be required to oversee all QA activities in accordance with and Company procedures and client requirements.

QA / QC Manager

Essential Criteria:

- Bachelor degree (Civil or mechanical) or equivalent with at least 10 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in Civil, Piping, Mechanical and Structure Construction Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and data reporting
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment


Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement QA systems and practices to support the Quality Plan
- Manage the inspection and testing processes to ensure specific standards are achieved
- Performing audit activities to verify compliance with Project/contract requirements
- Assessing suppliers quality systems for compliance with Quality requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and developing Inspection and Test Plan
- Perform audit activities to verify compliance with Project/contract requirements
- Maintain knowledge of latest changes to Standards and other trends that may require modifications to the Management system
- Introduce and document processes that continue to enhance quality capability in the company
- Implement non-conformance control systems
- Provide training and development of quality management practices
- Provide advice and support to the Project Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of the project quality plan attachments.
- Compile and maintain quality records.


To succeed in this senior position you will require experience in managing and improving quality systems, document control, compliance and auditing skills as necessary.
