Our Client, a multinational beverages company is seeking people to fill in managerial positions with following experiences and skills :
HR-GA Assistant Manager - Sukabumi (HRGA-Sukabumi)
Requirement
Male, 30 – 40 years old
S1 degree, any disciplines from reputable university
Having 8 years relevant experience and hands on skill in human resources, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety in any industry, preferable in manufacturing
Having a good knowledge in SMK3, HACCP, ISO 9001 and GMP
Having a good knowledge in government regulation, permit & license
Based at factory in Sukabumi area
Main Responsibility
Leading recruitment, development, compensation & benefit, and termination process
Liaising with all dept head for planning and managing man power
Initiating and implementing employee retention program
Ensuring all factory facilities are in place to support operational activities
Managing all outsourcing services to perform well, such as: security, cleaning, canteen & pest control services
Ensuring internal & external industrial relationship are in place to support operational activities
Initiating and implementing community development and corporate social responsibility program
Coordinating safety implementation and playing role as a ‘’safety champion” to spread up safety behavior to all employee
