A Texas-based Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication (EPF) business in Sharjah, UAE has vacancies to be filled for Russia Petroleum and East Siberian Gas Company

TRAINING MANAGER
The management of training and competence assurance of Russia Petroleum and East Siberian Gas Company personnel for the Kovykta plant commencing with the regional gas pipeline project. Rotational posting of 6/2 weeks. Shall be able to demonstrate competence in the following:
· Coordination of On Job Training
· Implementation of On Job Training
· A recognized discipline qualification and appropriate experience
· A formally recognized qualification in workplace training and assessment
· Responsible for all aspects of training and competence assurance.
· Responsible for ensuring that client and Petrofac HSEQ standards are uniformly applied to all activities within his control.

COMMISSIONING MANAGER
The safe and efficient planning, coordination and management of all pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up support activities for the Kovykta plant commencing with the regional gas pipeline project. Rotational posting of 8/2 weeks.
· A minimum of 15 years related experience
· A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in oil and gas operations
· A minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and control, preferably have experience in commissioning and starting up plant in line with RF codes and standards.
· Responsible for all aspects of design liaison, planning, co-ordination, management and budget control of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up support for the plant.
· Responsible for ensuring that client and Petrofac HSEQ standards are uniformly applied to all activities within his control.
