Responsibilities:

Assist Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) and Sales & Marketing managers to develop and track HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Plans per the guidance of the Regional and Global HSSE Manager. Recommend to line and regional HSSE Manager the appropriate corrective actions for non-conformity;
Implement the Global Lubricants (GL) HSSE initiatives and strategy (as documented in the one-page strategy) and GL HSSE Calendar, including the focus areas of Proactive Road safety, Contractor management, HSSE Competency and Hearts and Minds;
Act as the secretary of the Indonesian HSSE committees (LSC, Sales & Marketing) meetings chaired by the Logistics Manager and the Lubricant Senior Leadership Representative (LSLR);
Support business manager in HSSE reporting, and data assurance;
Implement GL critical incident reporting guidelines, and support line in incident reporting, investigation and Remedial Action Plan (RAP) implementation;
Support Accident Incident Investigations using various tools including Tripod. Monitor HSSE performance and cascade learning across the envelope and share with GL. Input and track incident data in Incident reporting and management Systems (IRM);
Lead a Regional HSSE expert network in virtual and face to face meeting and lead regional HSSE project implementation as nominated;
Lead a GL Best Practice networks in nominated focus areas (currently there are four focus areas - Proactive Road Safety, Hearts and Minds, HSSE Competency and Contractor Management);
Prepare periodic performance reports and assist business mangers in tracking HSSE performance and Key Performance Indicators. Collect HSSE data for the envelope and Input in Oil Product HSE Management Information System (MIS) as required.


Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in engineering science, health and safety or related disciplines and a minimum of 5 years experience in HSSE program administration. This requirement may be waived for candidates otherwise suitably qualified/ experienced;
Experience of Shell HSSE requirements and standards including the Shell yellow guides is essential;
Candidates must be self motivated and driven able to work independently in virtual teams across the Regions;
Good people skills/ interpersonal skills are essential and candidates need to be able to work in a multicultural/ multinational environment;
Previous Track record of Line Of Business Purpose Design/ engineering/ operation and experience in HSSE Technical standards for Safety on road and plant operations is desirable including blue books and plant operating manuals is desirable;
Experience in any or all of the following: Environment Protection, Health and Security will be an advantage;
Qualified Health Risk Assesment at working knowledge level is desirable;
Applicants with relevant accreditation by the local authorities as Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Port Facility Security Officer will be preferred;
Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of office tools.
