Urgent requirement in Oil & Gas

Our client, a Global MNC in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking highly
motivated people to fit the following positions:

1. Retail Sales & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage retail stations;
• Develop and grow the business performance in terms of Health,
Safety, Security & Environment, Quality, Quantity, Service, People
and Finance (sales and site profit);
• Involve in the recruitment of qualified retailers;
• Coach and support retailer competencies;
• Develop Retailer master plan within his/her territory;
• Protecting Company's Reputation; and
• Support Retailer training site staff.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable University;
• Broad Retail background, particularly in Sales & Operations,
with some experience in other Retail Functions is desirable;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Demonstrable competence in managing a winning sales team,
implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building
relationships with Retailers, delivering Company's Customer
Commitment;
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or other cities outside
Jakarta & travel within Indonesia / sometimes abroad;
• Good customer-oriented attitude, experienced in retailer
management and good understanding of business & competition;
• Strong team building skills;
• Proven record in delivering results, work well in a team, a
motivated-coach and able to develop others; and
• Excellent English communication skills and good computer
skills.

2. Retail Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
• Support the business development team to identify key market
areas and facilitate land acquisition;
• Conduct market studies on feasible business locations;
• Understands and resolves issues quickly by maintaining close
working relationships with key local authority personnel;
• High negotiation skills;
• Understands land classification systems; and
• Co-ordinate with government offices for building permits.

Requirements:
• Business master's degree in any field of study, preferably
MBA;
• 6-8 years of experience in business development;
• Real estate or Property Consultancy experience preferred;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Experienced in managing a team; and
• Mobility is essential.
