Our Client, which is a Large Multinational Oil & Gas company, is currently looking for some positions with the following requirements:

DRILLING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :
Establish operational practices for the safety and technical acceptability with engineering staff
Ensure all operational procedures comply with the procedure and regulatory guidelines
manage and effectively plan day to day drilling operations and logistics with engineering staff
Provide report to department (management) especially about drilling performance to highlight problem areas (success and failure aspect) with recommendations fro improvement
Do the transfer of technology and training to Engineers

Requirements :
Indonesian Nationality candidate with minimum of fifteen (15) years experience particularly in Indonesia for onshore and offshore drilling operations
Candidate must be in good physical condition
Candidate should be able to write and speak English fluently (minimum TOEFL 450)
Have experienced in bid preparation and evaluation for individual and integrated Drilling Service contract
A working knowledge of current drilling technology, drilling operations expertise necessary to carry out efficient drilling operations.
A working knowledge of BPMIGAS and all government body regulations and procedures which are required in the drilling planning and operations
Proactive and able to operate independently and organize quality control QA/QC for all drilling service in optimum and efficient manner
Able to maintain standard of Safety, Health and Environment as high priority

Drilling SHE Officer

Responsibilities :
Ensure drilling operational programs are safety implemented at the well site according to approved COMPANY standards and procedures
Supervise CONTRACTOR’s Personnel / subcontractors’ personnel and motivate them to perform their job in high standard level of safety
Work closely with Rig SHE office to ensure that COMPANY SHE plan can be well implemented in the rig site.
Give SHE coaching for rig personnel
Lead the Investigation Team when accident/incident occurred at the rig site.
Collect report from the rig related to SHE matters, including but not limited to Monthly SHE statistics, Incident reports and other SHE reports

Requirements :
Indonesian Nationality candidate with academic education or equivalent
Have a minimum of ten (10) years experience particularly in Indonesia especially in oil & gas field, including five (5) years experience in handling SHE matters
Candidate must be in good physical condition
Candidate should be able to write and speak English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
A working knowledge of BPMIGAS and all government body regulations and procedures which are required in the drilling operations especially SHE matters
Proactive and able to operate independently and organize quality control QA/QC for all drilling service in optimum and efficient manner
Able to maintain standard of Safety, Health and Environment as high priority
