Managing Director
Role & Responsibilities
· To provide strong, visible, inspirational leadership
· To create, maintain and deliver a clear vision and business strategy for the Organization, aligned with the global organization network goals and values
· Be accountable for the development and delivery of all aspects of the P&L
· Be accountable for overall Organization performance, ensuring it consistently meets/exceeds organization goals and targets through coaching, skills transfer and driving changes in behavior
· Be accountable for the execution of all compliance and control policies and processes, ensuring the highest levels of integrity in all aspects of the Organization's operations
· Build a cohesive wining culture across the organization, characterized by high levels of passion and commitment from all team members, good morale and motivation and a drive to succeed
· Be accountable for the design and maintenance of a robust organization that is responsive to customer requirements, business drivers and the Organization's human resource plan (people, process, systems)
· Be accountable for the implementation of programs and processes that drive quality management development, talent assessment and succession planning in the Organization
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
· 40 - 45 years of age
· Seasoned, Dynamic Business Leader who has had responsibility for business teams (20 to 50
people) with a strong sales focus and preferably a Services, IT or Financial/Banking orientation
(Our client is not interested in candidates from the manufacturing or construction sectors
unless combined with above)
· Demonstrable track record of effective business leadership, people management and over
achievement
· Impeccable B2B sales credentials – highly customer focused
· Strategically and tactically aware
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
· Educated to Bachelor degree level or higher
