Responsibilities:
Responsible for engineering scope definition, engineering coordination and engineering quality control during the execution of internal ORYX projects and ORYX engineering services. Position responsible for interaction with Projects section, Operation and other affected groups during the execution of ORYX internal projects and ORYX engineering services. Support with liaison and coordination of the outsourced engineering consultant to obtain engineering services where required. Coordinate to obtain ORYX discipline and process engineering inputs from within ORYX or from outside engineering consultant. Provide inputs to maintain and update the Engineering specifications used for ORYX. Participate in ORYX procedures e.g. management of change and document control.

Requirements:
B.Sc. Chemical/ Process Engineering degree. Additional Engineering courses an added benefit. Eight years experience in an Operation, Engineering and Project execution environment for which at least five must be with the Oil and Gas industry. Appropriate exposure to all fields of engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation, Civil and Process) a must.

Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:
Supports the company related to Health and Safety management with specific focus on contractor safety management. Assists the OST and Maintenance department to monitor and enhance the safety performance of contractors during project execution and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Project Management and Execution of all Oryx internal projects using external consultants and EPC contractors. Project Management of Oryx internal projects includes studies, concept, basic and detail design and construction. Follow and improve project management principles, policies and procedures. Participate in other Oryx procedures e.g. Management of Change, Electronic document management, Capital projects approval. Responsible for Project and Interface management with Operations, RLIC and other industries at RL - e.g. Rasgas and Qatargas. Participate during the contract tendering process.

Requirements:
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or Industrial). Project management courses, 8 years experience for which at least 5 should be with Oil and Gas industry. Qatar or Arabian Gulf related experience would be an advantage

Mechanical Trainer-Maintenance

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the training process of the Mechanical Section personnel to ensure a highly competent Maintenance team for the Oryx GTL Plant in Qatar. Design, develop and revise technical and safety training modules and courses, determine and analyse training needs/gaps for individuals or groups, provide theoretical plant and safety awareness training, provide on-the-job plant and safety awareness training, assess trainees as per competency requirements, certify personnel per level of competency, schedule employees for training, keep records of the trainee’s portfolio of competencies and also keep personnel training files up to date, provide training support and solutions to client, negotiate and arrange with external training suppliers if needs be, assist in the development of standard operating procedures, liaise with Sasol home-office for provision of specific training, keep abreast with new technology developments in the field of expertise, benchmark new training technology, Control/Manage relevant training budget, Facilitate the training process for Qatari technicians-in-training.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school followed by a further 3 years education to HND level in an Engineering discipline. Six (6) years as Maintenance Supervisor in Petro-chemical industry including 2 years as trainer with the emphasis on OJT. Trade test certificate for either of the technical disciplines.

Planning & Scheduling Engineer (Electrical Instrument)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Planning Superintendent coordinates all maintenance activities in the Electrical / Instrument area by: Defining scopes of work, Prioritizing, planning and scheduling activities, Planning and scheduling of shutdowns, Interacting with multidisciplinary teams, Coordinating maintenance activities according to agreed plans.

Requirements:

Senior Office Services Supervisor
Manages and co-ordinates the provision of essential office services to the company both at site and non-site locations. Develops designs that are appropriate functional and aesthetically pleasing. Corrosion Engineer

Our Client, Premier Oil – Indonesia Operation, an international Oil & Gas company located in Indonesia is seeking for the following position :

Corrosion Engineer (Corr-Eng)

Basic Purpose:

Responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to Operation and Maintenance in developing and managing corrosion management activities. Ensuring and Maintaining corrosion control programs which covers cathodic protection, coating & painting, selection of corrosion inhibitor and advance technology material application are managed properly.

Qualification and Experiences:

· Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

· Minimum 5 years experiences in the oil and gas or related industries in managing corrosion

· Good understanding of predictive maintenance methods and corrosion monitoring, show history of innovative solutions to chronic corrosion and wear problems

· Familiar with applicable country legislation, Regulation, Engineering Standards such as NACE, API, ASTM, and any other relevant standards

· Strong computer literate and fluent in English both writing and speaking
