Geophysicist

Essential Job Duties
• Reservoir and field mapping for input into geological models.
• Formulate and oversee seismic processing flow stream.
• Application of geophysical technology and interpretation practices for field exploitation, development, and opportunity appraisal.
• Apply advanced interpretation techniques to provide improved reservoir characterization, leading to technical recommendations made to management.
• Support geologists and engineers in multi-disciplinary teams towards the formulation of development plans and well plans.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Geophysics or Geology
• 10 years of experience in both production and exploration roles
• Proficiency with Landmark applications
• Previous experience with Geoprobe
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong desire to deliver superior results
• Ability to mentor junior scientists

Additional Desired Qualifications
• Familiarity with Hampton Russel’s Strata and Emerge, a plus.

Geologists

Essential Job Duties
Apply sound geological principles to maximize the rate and reserves for the reservoir(s) assigned. Ensure that high quality and timely production geosciences work is provided to support Reservoir Management Team goals. Develop and maintain ongoing reservoir description efforts. Insure that reservoirs are effectively and appropriately described through the use of the latest appropriate technology.
• Ensure that all available well, seismic and relevant production data is incorporated into the geological model(s) on a regular basis for the assigned reservoir(s);
• Assist the reservoir engineer with a simulation models on a regular basis for the assigned reservoir(s);
• Formulate a reservoir development plan that optimizes rate and reserves from the assigned reservoir(s) on a yearly basis utilizing as a basis the geological model and in cooperation with assigned reservoir and production engineers;
• Generate new drill and workover candidates, as well as surveillance scheme, for the assigned reservoir(s);
• Ensure the successful execution of new drill and workover candidates and all related post-well documentation for the assigned reservoir.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Geophysics or Geology
• Minimum 8 years oil & gas experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Proficient with PC and UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Leadership skills & ability to effectively interact with other professionals to advance projects/ideas
• Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision
• Must be willing and able to travel offshore as needed

Reservoir Engineer

Essential Job Duties
This position works closely within multi-disciplinary team, accountable for insuring that high quality and timely reservoir engineering work is provided to business. Is accountable for insuring that reservoir engineering work is value-oriented and in alignment with business plan. Accountable for ongoing reservoir performance evaluation, development planning and identification of near and long term reserve and production improvement opportunities. Expected to work closely with production geology, operations, drilling, and finance. Analyze and interpret pressure transient data, PLT data, and water flood surveillance data. Conduct reservoir forecasts.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent degree;
• Minimum eight years of direct experience in general Petroleum Engineering related work required. Four of the eight years of experience needs to be “hands on” reservoir engineering experience.

Additional Desired Qualifications
• Experience with pressure transient analysis, horizontal well technology, reservoir surveillance, and water flooding strongly preferred;
• Working knowledge of economic evaluation concepts, petrophysical analysis, core description, reservoir fluid properties, and reservoir modeling preferred;
• Experience in completions, workovers, drilling and offshore field operations a plus;
• Team player capable of working in a multi-discipline team environment with a desire to share knowledge;
• Experience with Eclipse, DSS, and Saphir considered, a plus;
• International experience, in particular dealing with host country technical authorities, preferred

Electrical Engineer
• Perform Detailed Design Engineering for the projects.
• Manage projects/services to world-wide clients at all locations.
• Co-ordinate works assigned to you between site team/project team/design Team/project manager to execute the project to successful completion.
• Instill productivity/quality/safety aspects in our workforce and to follow company procedures.
The knowledge in the field of high power motors, motor controllers and VFD drives is extremely helpful as well as experiences in marine engineering.
The job specification involves generation of engineering documents for projects as listed below, but not limited to:
• Sizing of equipment.
• Control system designs
• Preparation drawings in Auto CAD
• Selection of electrical components from sub suppliers
• Cable Sizing

Mechanical Engineer
• Perform Detailed Design Engineering for the projects.
• Manage projects/services to world-wide clients at all locations.
• Co-ordinate works assigned to you between site team/project team/design
• Team/project manager to execute the project to successful completion.
• Instill productivity/quality/safety aspects in our workforce and to follow company procedures.
The knowledge in the field of shipbuilding is extremely helpful as well as experiences in marine engineering.
The job specification involves generation of engineering documents for projects as listed below, but not limited to:
• Sizing of equipment
• Control system designs
• Preparation of calculations and drawings in Auto CAD / Mechanical / Inventor
• Selection of mechanical components from sub suppliers

Oilfield Engineers / Technicians
• Minimum of 3 years with Solids control /Filtration services ( should have worked with company like Baroid, MI-Swaco or Baker Inteq)
• Desert Base position , 7 days a week, 12 hours a day
• Ideally 2 months on /2 months off
• Very good English and computer skills
• Arabic is a plus
